Cape Breton Partnership
The Cape Breton Partnership was formed with the idea of uniting businesses and communities across Cape Breton to drive the economy forward. The Partnership is a proud product of the private sector and an agent of positive change in Cape Breton. We have created an effective forum for private and public sector investors to come together with the common goal of forging partnerships, capitalizing on opportunities, and building a stronger Cape Breton.
ACAP
The Atlantic Coastal Action Program (ACAP) Cape Breton is a non-profit charitable community organization. Established in 1992, the original mission was to develop a comprehensive ecosystem management plan for the watershed area of industrial Cape Breton. ACAP Cape Breton has grown into a dynamic group that integrates environmental, social and economic factors into projects focusing on action, education and ecosystem planning.
The Sydney and Area Chamber of Commerce
The Sydney and Area Chamber of Commerce is a membership based special interest group serving the needs of business within the Cape Breton Regional Municipality. The organization was established in 1911 with a mission to foster business and economic development for the betterment of the community it serves. It provides value to the business community through advocacy efforts, business networking opportunities, and access to a variety of benefits.
